Talk to Joy is a premium feature that lets you have real-time voice conversations with our AI companion.
Starting a Voice Call
- 1From the Home screen, tap "Talk to Joy"
- 2Choose your entry type (optional)
- 3Tap "Start Call"
- 4Grant microphone permission if prompted
- 5Start speaking—Joy is listening!
During Your Call
- Speak naturally—Joy understands conversational speech
- Pause when needed—Joy knows when you're done speaking
- Ask questions—Joy can offer insights and suggestions
- Take your time—there's no rush
Customizing Your Experience
In the call settings, you can:
- Choose AI personality: Empathetic, Directive, Analytical, or Humorous
- Adjust response timing: Patient, Balanced, or Quick
- Select language: English or Jamaican Patois
- Toggle auto-mute: Automatically mute when Joy speaks
After Your Call
- Your conversation is automatically saved as a journal entry
- You can resume calls from where you left off
- Review your conversation history anytime
- Joy's insights are preserved for future reference
Voice Credits
Talk to Joy uses voice credits:
- Check your balance in Settings
- Purchase additional credits as needed
- Different voice quality options available
