Joyful is your AI-powered journaling companion designed to support your mental wellness journey. Here's how to get started:

Creating Your Account

  1. 1Download the app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
  2. 2Sign up using your email, Google, or Apple account
  3. 3Complete the brief onboarding to personalize your experience

Your First Journal Entry

When you're ready to write your first entry:

  1. 1Tap the "+" button or "Write" to start a new entry
  2. 2Choose your entry type: Journal, Gratitude, Intentions, or Thought Record
  3. 3Start typing or tap the microphone to use voice input
  4. 4Joy (our AI) will respond with thoughtful prompts and insights
  5. 5When finished, tap "Finish Entry" to save

Navigating the App

  • Home: Your daily dashboard with quick actions
  • Journal: View all your past entries
  • Goals: Set and track personal goals
  • Insights: See your progress and patterns over time

Tips for Success
