Accessing Settings

1. 1Open Joyful
2. 2Tap your profile icon or go to Settings
3. 3Access all account options

Updating Your Profile

• Change display name
• Update email address
• Manage linked accounts (Google/Apple)
• Adjust notification preferences

Notification Settings

Control when and how Joyful reaches out:

• Morning intentions: Start your day
• Evening gratitude: End-of-day reflection
• Goal reminders: Stay on track
• Weekly summaries: Review your progress

Exporting Your Data

To download your journal entries:

1. 1Go to Settings
2. 2Select Export Data
3. 3Choose your format
4. 4Receive your data file

Deleting Your Account

If you decide to leave:

1. 1Go to Settings
2. 2Select Delete Account
3. 3Confirm your choice
4. 4All data is permanently removed

Note: Account deletion is irreversible. We recommend exporting your data first.

Subscription Management

• View current plan status
• Manage voice credits
• Update payment methods
• Cancel or change subscription

App Permissions

Joyful may request:

• Microphone: For voice journaling and calls
• Notifications: For reminders and updates
• Camera: For photo journaling (optional)

You can manage these in your device settings.
